CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Sovereign Studios Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Deposits (£95) are non-refundable.

Once a booking is confirmed, the £95 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Full Payments & Refunds:

Cancellations with more than 30 days’ notice: Clients will receive a 50% refund of the total booking fee (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

Cancellations within 30 days of the event: No refund will be issued.
3. Rescheduling:
-
Clients may opt to reschedule their booking instead of cancelling, subject to availability.

The new date must be chosen at the time of rescheduling.

If a client later decides to cancel the rescheduled booking, the same cancellation terms apply based on the original event date.
4. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

Clients must request cancellations or reschedules via email or phone as soon as possible.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of confirmation.
Additional Clauses
4. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy:
-
If a client fails to show up for their booking without prior notice, the full payment is forfeited, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be treated as a no-show, and no refund or reschedule will be granted.

6. Booking Adjustments & Early Access:

All bookings operate on a 10-hour block from 2pm to midnight.

If an event starts before 2pm, a £10.50 charge per additional hour will be applied.

General hire bookings on Saturdays & Sundays (2pm-9pm) may be altered with at least 3 weeks' notice if event hires take priority. Clients booking within this timeframe must agree to this condition.

7. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

Clients must request cancellations or reschedules via email or phone as soon as possible.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days of confirmation.

8. Exceptional Circumstances:
-
In cases of extreme circumstances (e.g., government-mandated restrictions, natural disasters, or venue-related emergencies), Sovereign Studios reserves the right to offer rescheduling or credit instead of a refund.

If the venue is unable to operate due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered a full credit or alternative date, but no cash refunds will be provided.
